OK, Jill just sent me this link, and I had to put it up here - I'd always read about it, but never seen it... Here's the link.
Don't forget about his foundation. We all know people affected by chemical dependency, and we probably all know people who wouldn't be able to afford to get good help for it. The foundation is a great idea, and is a little guy in the sea of charitable organizations out there. Let's help it out.

You know what? It looked like the police escort motorcycle got in the way and fucked up his surge at the end. What an exciting finish, though! Brought tears to my eyes. I wish I had seen this before he spoke to us. Or maybe not. What I want to see, though, is footage of him taking out the Tonka truck kid playing on the course!
If you read his book, Staying the Course, he talks about motorcycle guy cutting him off. He says he caught back up to Alberto after that. Although, being the good honey that I am, I'm sure it was the motorcycle's fault. However, we always wonder what his life would be like if he had won. :-) j
