It does look cold - I checked the weather, it looks like it was in the upper 30's or lower 40's up in Trumbull, ConnectFouricut today.

i did 6 today; 2 laps around pinewood lake. it has ice on it, and on one end is a clubhouse where they filmed a new movie with kate winslet and leo dicrapio called "revolutionary road". it's beautiful! it's all rolling hills, with one main hill that SUCKS!! 1/4 mile straight up; barf. i think tomorrow or the next day i'm going to try and do three laps, which will be 8.1 miles. i've never run that far alone so wish me luck!
